    Aircuity Highlights Solutions for Reducing Energy Use and Improving the Laboratory Environment at 2017 I2SL Annual Conference

    NEWTON, Mass., USA – Aircuity, (www.aircuity.com), creator of measurably better environments, will be highlighting the benefits of its Aircuity 2.0 platform for optimizing ventilation in laboratories at the 2017 I2SL (International Institute for Sustainable Laboratories) Annual Conference. The event will be held October 15-18, 2017, at the Boston Marriott Copley Place, in Boston, Massachusetts and Aircuity is exhibiting at Booth #25. Aircuity 2.0 delivers measurable savings and actionable insights, and is ideal for research laboratory facilities looking to significantly reduce energy costs, monitor space conditions and occupant behavior, and achieve quantifiable savings that can be reinvested in research. In addition, Aircuity’s founder will be leading a training workshop, hosting Open House events at its nearby headquarters, and sponsoring a “Cocktails by the Fire” happy hour at a nearby restaurant.

    · Gordon Sharp, Aircuity chairman and member of the I2SL Board of Directors, will lead a pre-conference training session on October 15th from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. called “Evaluate the Savings and Return on Investment (ROI) of Laboratory Energy Savings Strategies.” HVAC represents 30 percent of total energy use in commercial buildings, and is the next frontier of efficiency and productivity gains. The workshop is offered under a cooperative agreement with the U.S.
    Department of Energy in support of the Smart Lab Accelerator Partnership Program.


    · Aircuity will be hosting an open house at its offices, located at 55 Chapel Street, Newton, MA, only a 20 minute ride from the hotel. Catch the second half of the Patriots game along with drinks and appetizers on Sunday, October 15th from 3:00-5:00 p.m., or visit for a tour and snacks on Wednesday, October 18th from 2:00-4:00 p.m. Other times can be arranged.
